This document will show you how to set up your public-facing vendor profile, as well as your shipping and return policies.

  1. Go to https://www.mer-cantile.com
  2. Click on the My Account dropdown at the top and click on Sign In

  1. Log in with your vendor credentials (See Vendor Registration if you need to register a vendor account
  2. Once logged in, click on Vendor Panel at the bottom

  1. This will bring you to the Vendor Panel home screen. 
  2. Click on the circular Seller icon in the upper-right corner
  3. Select 'Edit Profile'


  1. Ensure all information in the form is correctly filled out, especially business address. Save changes when done.


  1. Click on the circular Seller icon again and this time select Seller Info
  2. In the General tab, make sure all information is correct.


  1. Move to the Description tab, set a Description for your store that will be shown on your store profile. Please describe your shipping, return, and refund policy here.
  2. Save changes when done


  1. Move to the 'Terms & Conditions' tab. This is where you will set terms and conditions that the buyer must agree to to check out with one of your items. You are required to include your shipping, return, and refund policy here as well.
  2. Save changes when done
